In the town of Pubol, a small town tucked away in the interior of the Costa Brava, is hidden a gotica-renacentista 11th-century fortification: the castle of Pubol. Converted into centre of the barony of Pubol, during the 1970s was the residence of Salvador Dali, the great love of the Emporda artists.
