The Physical Education favors to the pupils the understanding of its proper body and its possibilities, knowing and trying a number diversified of corporal activities so that the pupils future can choose the pleasant activity most convenient and to assist in its personal development and the improvement of its quality of life throughout its lives. Amongst the productions of the culture lived deeply by the human body throughout its existence, some had been incorporated by the Physical Education in its contents, as: the game, the sport, the dance, the gymnastics, the fight among others.
