The Venezuelan worker as a member of team work, did not escape the influence of the values previously stated during their performance within a specific company. That translates into a clear evidence of how the environment factors acting on their performance; stress, family life, salaries and wages, individual values, etc. The national stage, that where companies and organizations operate today faces many changes, product of the actions, management of the Bolivarian revolution, has been declared Socialist and is willing to go up to the last consequences to achieve that this is of the country. These changes have influenced many people, especially in the employee, in that the worker who perceives, how the environment has changed giving way to the insecurity, fear of face anytime unemployment, to the outrage that many companies carried out and as their actions, measures have significantly affected in many from the high to low self-esteem. Many of the changes that have been generated have affected the mass workers, taking into account the influence of the leaders against the workers and their concordance to the styles of life, safety, quality of life. Not to forget, that the management must ensure a worker with a high self-esteem, thus, can be successful in the workplace allowing you to develop capacity to take charge of their personal lives, demonstrate added value, have a positive impact on the company, customers and colleagues, accept and start change, communicate openly and directly and commit to continuous learning. An organization that has personnel of high self-esteem, has guaranteed the fulfilment of the goals, vision and mission of the same. Unfortunately the reality of this points to a worker discouraged, where there are many cases where lower self-esteem of the Venezuelan worker this each day, becoming necessary to find solutions to rescue your high self-esteem.
Remember, that self-esteem is an evaluative term that can be used to describe how a person feels with regard to its concept car. In an environment where the worker denotes tardiness and inappropriate behaviors are in the presence of a low self-esteem of background. Self-esteem and mood often ascend or descend in parallel mode.
