Teachers And Management Of Free Schools

We all agreed that to achieve a normal functioning of a country's education system, the rules must be appropriate, clearly understood and respected by all. In this context, respectful of the rules, reflection is installed today. The self as recited in the schools during the nineties has succumbed before reaching a minimum level of development. In the first instance, the much talked about other things self was not only the means by which managers of schools tried to give solution to the problems faced by anguished their instituciones.a Dramas such as deteriorating infrastructure, inadequate, lack of educational materials, computers, books, etc …. were finding solutions through the actions of all teachers. That the objectives related to infrastructure and teaching materials, was somewhat careless management pedagogy. Schools has always functioned pedagogically as if they were part of a structure which can not escape, say better, free. This assertion is based with the observations that can be done on a ride during a school day.

Nothing is observed that differs one from another school. There are schools located in the mountains, others in the plain, on the end and calurosoa to the cold north and southern. In all of them in the field or in the city centers, activities for children every day seem like a carbon copy. Are all children equal? Are all teachers the same? Does everyone have the same knowledge and the same needs? Obviously not. Why in all or almost all schools are reiterated for centuries the same routines? If there are some changes are really minimal. Changing modes of relationship between children and teachers, between parents and principals, parent each other, but do not change school routines.
